- The evolution of the acceptance by asset teams of seismic information over the past 12 years
- Benefits of 3D and 4D seismic in relation to specific components of the SAGD project life cycle
- Factors to consider in attempting to quantify the realization multiple of seismic dollars invested in SAGD projects

Biography
Vince Rodych has experience across a wide spectrum of the oil and gas sector, including corporate relations, petroleum engineering and geophysical & seismic services. Vince currently holds the position of Director, Business Development, North America & Australasia for INOVA Systems Corporation. Prior to this joint venture, Vince was employed as Canada Country Manager for ION Geophysical since 2004.
Mr. Rodych is also President, Penguin Management Inc., which he founded and owns. Penguin Management provides expertise in a diverse range of external affairs and management consulting areas, and has served clients in the petroleum, power and health care sectors.
Vince’s career includes that of Executive VP and COO of Arcis Corporation, and he had an extended career at BP Canada / Amoco Canada Petroleum. At Amoco he held a variety of management positions throughout the company, including the role of Vice President, Public and Government Affairs.
Vince holds a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Saskatchewan. He is a registered professional engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA); is a member of the CSEG, SEG, Australian SEG and the Canadian Heavy Oil Association. Vince is a past chair of the board of directors of the Calgary International Children’s Festival, is a past director of Arts Commons, and is a director of the Handi-Boat Society of Alberta.
