Biography

Matt Ng is a geophysicist at Painted Pony Petroleum Ltd., where he has been working for the last two years. Previously he has worked as a seismic processor and seismic interpreter at Shell Canada.

During his career at Shell, he worked on onshore seismic processing and seismic interpretation of the Fox Creek area with a focus on geohazards. Currently at Painted Pony, his roles include operations, integration of geophysics amongst disciplines and microseismic interpretation.

Matt has a BSc in Geophysics from the University of Calgary.
